About GRATIA HANSEN

Gratia steered her way towards a career in real estate starting in 2002, just after she purchased the first of the 4 homes she has owned in San Juan Capistrano. During that time she worked as an Operations Manager and Transaction Coordinator for a high-end real estate agent in Ocean Ranch. She would later move on to have a California based S-Corporation out of her home and become an independent Transaction Coordinator for almost 15 years, gaining valuable experience that she believes led her to where she is today. She explains that her passion in real estate started when she was a young girl and she fell in love with the home buying process when her mother purchased her first home. Gratia tells us that her favorite part of her day-to-day in the title industry is interacting with her clients and forming relationships that will last a lifetime. She takes great pride in being a Title Rep and Farming Expert and finds it extremely rewarding with all of the Realtors she has worked with in increasing their sales volume and helping them get more listings. Building relationships is a bedrock of her business.

Gratia is originally from Texas and stands firm in her family values and takes pride in her 2 grown boys. Her oldest, Logan, recently married to Mrs. Kellie Salat.  Logan and Kellie just bought their first home in Colorado and are expecting their first baby.  Braden, Gratia’s younger son, has a daughter named Cali, whom she adores.
