About ERIC VAN OOSTING

Eric Van Oosting is a dedicated Title Sales Executive with over 25 years of experience in the Title and Escrow industry and he has proudly called the Coachella Valley home for the past 40 years.  Since starting his career in title in 1997, Eric has advanced through various roles, including customer service representative, customer service manager, title unit assistant, and sales assistant, ultimately becoming a Sales Representative.  His diverse background even includes a venture into escrow, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of the field.

 

Renowned for his exceptional customer service and technical expertise, Eric specializes in supporting Realtors with the innovative technologies provided by Consumer’s Title Company.  He is dedicated to ensuring seamless transactions for clients and partners alike.  With a deep understanding of title insurance and escrow processes, Eric guides clients through the complexities of these transactions, instilling clarity and confidence every step of the way.

 

Eric takes pride in fostering strong relationships with real estate agents, escrow officers, lenders, and homeowners, establishing himself as a trusted resource in the community.  Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters, golfing, traveling, attending concerts, and indulging his passion for all things automotive.
